The only characters not based on a certain figure all around would be the 2 skirmishers - Sally and Medusa. If that's not possible I'm happy to get janky and just output to a file and have xcom read the file every now and then. So does a mod like this already exist, does one with similar functionality exist and can xcom even do this. I haven't looked much at modding xcom yet. My hope is to start on this in the next month or so as I transition to xcom 2.
